Platform documentation

How Serendyp is organized and where to find the technical reference. The full documentation is available to customers with an active account.

Concepts

Objects: everything that exists in the ontology —company, person, public body, contract, sanction, asset, territory, incident— with its type and attributes.

Relationships: the named links between objects, such as partner of, awards or located in.

Provenance: every data point carries its source, its date and its confidence level; real, estimated and simulated data are marked differently.

Alerts, notices and cases: a rule triggers a notice; the notice is worked as a case with an owner, evidence and a decision.

Workspaces

Executive dashboard by country, the entry point to Focus.

Entity Engine for profiles and link networks.

Maps and territorial twin for assets and threats.

Cases, reports and natural-language questions.

Accounts and access

Each customer is an organization with users, roles and sub-accounts. Modules are enabled per organization and per subscription term.

Every query is logged with who made it, when and for what reason.

Integration

The integration guide —API, SDK, webhooks and file uploads— is in the developer section. The technical reference for endpoints and formats is provided with the account.

How to get access

If you already have an account, the full documentation is inside the platform. If not, write to us through Connect and we will set up evaluation access for you.
