Core · Every fact with its origin, every decision with its proof
Provenance
A number without a source does not survive an audit. In Serendyp every fact states where it comes from, when it was obtained and how far it can be trusted, and every decision keeps its evidence chained.
In government and in banking, an alert is only worth as much as its proof. When a comptroller, a prosecutor or a regulator asks where a figure came from, the answer cannot be a spreadsheet with no origin.
Provenance tags every fact with its source, its date and its confidence level, and always separates actual, estimated and simulated data: a projection built on synthetic data is declared synthetic. Uncertain identity merges never happen on their own; they go to a person, with their score and their reason.
When an alert becomes a case, the evidence stays tied to its source, the decision is approved by a second person and every change enters a chained log that is verified on export. The case file can be presented as it stands.
What it delivers
- Source, date and confidence on every fact
- Actual, estimated and simulated, always marked
- Uncertain merges reviewed by a person
- Evidence tied to its source in every case
- Chained log, verified on export
Every alert becomes a case, with an owner and a resolution
Casework
An alert nobody picks up is useless. In Serendyp every alert becomes a case, with an owner, evidence, a decision and a record.
Many tools detect; few support what comes next. The alert gets forwarded by email, discussed in a meeting, and the decision lives on in someone's memory.
In Serendyp, a rule triggers an alert; the alert opens as a case with an owner; the case gathers the evidence with its source; the decision — approve, block, escalate — is recorded with its rationale and approved by a second person, a supervisor or above, other than whoever opened the case; and every change enters the chained log, which no one can edit afterward and whose integrity is verified on export.
Each country's executive panel shows the open cases, who owns them and what was decided.
What it delivers
- Alert, case, evidence, decision and record
- Owner and rationale at every step
- Four-eyes approval
- Chained log (SHA-256), verified on export
- Executive panel per country
