Bastion

How much of the fleet is ready today, where it is deployed, and how much there will be in months.

SERENDYP/ BastionAvailabilityPredictionSimulationSustainmentfleet:armoredILLUSTRATIVE DEMO

How much of your fleet is mission-ready, why the rest isn't, and which decision changes that. Bastion is the materiel availability twin for armed forces, police and security institutions.

A materiel chief lives among spreadsheets: the workshop reports one figure, logistics another and the sustainment contract a third. Nobody knows for sure how many platforms can deploy tomorrow or which spare part will take the next one out of service.

Bastion brings platforms, units, work orders, failures, spare parts, maintenance depots and contracts into the ontology, and computes with explicit definitions operational availability, mission capability, MTBF, MTTR, time waiting on parts and each depot's backlog. It predicts which subsystem will fail and which part will run out, and flags when to order.

The simulation answers what command asks: what happens to availability if spare parts go up, a contract is renewed, a workshop shift is added or a model is retired. The map shows garrisons and maintenance depots with their status and, in the same lane, the fleet deployed in the field.

What it delivers

  • Operational availability and mission capability
  • MTBF, MTTR, parts wait and backlog per depot
  • Failure and stock-out prediction
  • What-if simulation
  • Garrisons, depots and fleet on the map

Who it's for

  • Army, navy and air force
  • Police and security institutions
  • Logistics and maintenance commands
  • Defense ministries

Fleet available and deployed, now and months ahead

Fleet Control

Two horizons of the same fleet twin: how many units are deployed right now and whether they cover the area's demand, and how much fleet will be available in the coming months.

In hours, Fleet Control shows where each unit is, how many there are per area and time slot, and whether that covers expected demand. In months, how much fleet there will be, why the rest is missing and which decision changes that.

The same engine serves different customers: a police force, an army, a municipality or a mining company. The data and the vocabulary change, not the math.

Provenance is shown block by block: real data, figures broken down from public statistics and modeled values are marked differently.

What it delivers

  • Live deployment by area and time slot
  • Coverage against expected demand
  • Projected availability in months
  • One engine, several customer profiles
  • Provenance block by block

Who it's for

  • Police and public safety
  • Armed forces
  • Municipalities
  • Mining companies and fleet operators
