Illustrative demo

Chile's Undersecretariat of the Interior uses emergency funds to pay for water delivery by tanker truck, aid to those affected, machinery and demolitions. Presidential delegations contract the services and certify compliance by hand.

Attest checks each certificate against the contract, each truck's GPS, authorized loading sources, delivery geofences and the decrees in force. The Entity Engine reviews suppliers: partners, companies in the same group, criminal complaints and links to those who certify.

The result is a file per certificate: verifiable amount, unbacked amount, findings and a recommendation. The authorizing lawyer releases what is verified and withholds the rest with stated grounds.
