Serendyp checks every purchase order published on ChileCompra against company ownership, partners in the SII registry, administrative sanctions and the press. An order is flagged when the winning supplier has a medium or high severity alert.
In June, 10.7% of the month's orders fell into that group. The most frequent signals were related suppliers (9,649 orders), bridge companies (4,532), supplier rings (1,948) and concentration on a single supplier (1,312). One order can carry more than one signal.
