Serendyp checks every purchase order published on ChileCompra against company ownership, partners in the SII registry, administrative sanctions and the press. An order is flagged when the winning supplier has a medium or high severity alert.
In July, 11.1% of the month's orders fell into that group. The most frequent signals were related suppliers (9,949 orders), bridge companies (4,756), supplier rings (2,065) and concentration on a single supplier (1,390). One order can carry more than one signal.
