Scenario · Bolivia
Fuel diverted to the borders
Subsidized fuel leaves the plant for one destination and ends up at another, near a border crossing.
Situation. Shipments from the distribution plants head to stations in the interior, but some of the tankers divert onto roads leading to the border.
What Serendyp sees. Each plant's shipments, the tanker routes and the border crossings on the same map. Route deviations, long stops and deliveries that do not match the station's consumption are flagged as alerts.
What gets decided. Which routes and stations to inspect, which quotas to adjust and what evidence to share with customs and police.
